Dealing with them was a breeze. The prices for every model and its condition were clearly displayed. After I uploaded my payment option, I got a notification saying the packaging kit was on its way. The day after I sent it off, I received an email confirming they got the phone and that the payment was processed to my bank account.

"Highly Recommend Mobile Jungle"
I checked out my old phone against other sites and since it was faulty, I was getting a lot less. But Mobile Jungle gave me £100, while the next best offer was just £40. The whole process was super quick and seamless. I had the cash in my account the same day, and there were no arguments about the phone's condition.
